Covid-19 Information

Dear Guest,

We are a proud member of this community and like you, we’re monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus. The safety and well-being of our guests and team is our main concern. We want to provide you with the steps that we are taking at Bones BBQ in order to provide you with a safe dining experience.

We are frequently wiping down and sanitizing surfaces, especially in high contact areas including tables, chairs, counter tops, door handles, bathrooms, and touch screen registers.

We are providing our guests with sanitation products such as aclohol-based hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial soap in our restrooms.

Our staff is trained on food handling and food hygiene best practices.

Our staff is wearing food safety apparel.

We have policies in place for stick staff to stay at home.

We follow strict local public health guidelines for the foodservice industry.

For your safety we offer curb-side delivery. Please call the restaurant at 865-325-1350

We have removed self-service features from our restaurant. Our team will provide you with any of our five regional house-made bbq sauces upon request, and will supply wrapped silverware, condiments, and sanitizing wipes with each order. If you require additional sauces, condiments, or silverware please ask one of our team members!

We will continue to monitor this situation very closely and, again, rest assured that we are taking this very seriously. We do hope that these precautionary steps address any concerns, as your patronage is important to us.

Thank You
